Sheridan, WY – Sophomore Carlee Morrison (Gypsum, Colorado) had a team-high 15 kills to lead Laramie County Community College to a 25-21, 22-25, 32-30, 25-14 victory over Northwest College in a Region IX North semi-final match on Friday night.
The Golden Eagles who won their 11th straight match, improved to 31-6 oerall. LCCC now will wait and see who they play in the Championship on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Kylie Martin (Gypsum, Colorado) finished with 11 kills for LCCC, which got 14 digs from libero Macy Bourn (Frederick, Colorado).
Sophomore setter Kyra Brandt (Amsterdam, Netherlands) had 40 assists, bringing her past 1,000 mark in the season.
