Set four would see the Trappers lead by as many as seven but five consecutive points by the Golden Eagles closed the gap but the Trappers rallied and took the set 25-22 and match 3-1.

Lauga Gauta led the Northwest offense with 15 kills and Lauryn Dela Cruz posted 13 kills. LCCC had the advantage in blocks 4-3.

The Golden Eagles (24-7) will travel to Sheridan, Wyoming, Saturday, Oct. 29 to face Region IX foe Sheridan College for a second time this season. The Golden Eagles won the first match 3-0 at home.
