Volleyball Compete in Day Two of WyoBraska Invite

The Laramie County Community College volleyball team split in the final day of the WyoBraska Invite. LCCC fell to #8 Salt Lake Community College in four sets (15-25, 25-23, 16-25 & 22-25), but came back and defeated Pratt Community College in straight sets (25-13, 25-14 & 25-13) to close out the day.

With the win, LCCC is now 11-5 on the season. Tori Passarelli had a team high 22 digs and teammate Kyra Brandt had 34 assists against Salt Lake. Kiley Ridgway led the Golden Eagles with 13 kills.

Against Pratt, LCCC was led by Carlee Morrison who had nine kills and 10 digs. Brandt dished out 22 assists in the match.

LCCC will quickly be back on the floor as they host Colorado Northwestern Community College and Northeastern Junior College on Monday September 19th at 3 and 7 p.m. at LCCC Gymnasium.
