Elise Atkins helped Laramie County Community College women's soccer to a 2-1 victory with two goals against Sheridan College on the road in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Atkins put the Golden Eagles on the scoreboard in the 24^th minute of the first half, getting on the end of a pass from Shauni Griffiths. Griffiths would find Atkins once again in the 36^th minute for the second goal of the match. The Generals would equalize a few seconds later on a penalty kick from Teresa Giandonato.

LCCC dominated the possession in the game and taking the shot advantage 8-4. Goalkeeper Jess Urquhart made two saves in the match.

LCCC is back in action on Wednesday, traveling to Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m.
