Men’s Soccer Grab Road Win at Sheridan College

Laramie County Community College men's soccer scored six goals in their match against Sheridan College and kept them off the board for a 6-0 victory on the road.

Rafael Munoz gave the Golden Eagles an early lead in the 3nd minute when he scored of a pass from Eduardo Sanchez at the top of the box. Adrian Cordova connected with Tristan White in the 13th minute doubling the lead to 2-0. Laramie County made is 3-0 in the 36th minute when Francisco Garcia found Jorge Rosales at the top of the box for the shot. Oswaldo Delgado made it 4-0 right before the half on a cross from Jonathan Ruvalcaba.

Laramie County would tack on two more goals in the 70th minute and 72nd minute from White and Rosales. Both of them would record an assist as well.

LCCC out-shot SC 26-5 in the match, and took the advantage in shots-on-goal 17-3. LCCC goalkeeper Andrew Hays made three saves on the night earning him his eight clean sheet of the season.

LCCC remain on the road this Wednesday, taking on Western Nebraska Community College Wednesday afternoon in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
