ROCK SPRINGS, WY - Xavier McCord (Cheyenne, Wyo.) led the Golden Eagles (7-11, 5-2) in scoring as LCCC beat Western Wyoming (13-5, 6-3) 92-82 on Wednesday night at Rushmore Gymnasium.

The Golden Eagles featured a balanced attack as six players scored in double-figures led by McCord's 22 points. 

LCCC built a ten-point halftime lead and never looked back, playing even with the Mustangs in the second half. 

Erik Oliver (Cheyenne, Wyo.) scored 17 points while Ghared Boyce (Brockton, Mass.) scored 15 points off the bench and had a game-high four steals. 

The Golden Eagles post players combined for 22 points as Ashraf Tchadouwa (Toronto, Ontario) scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds while Nolan Causwell (Duluth, Ga.) scored 10 points and hauled in five rebounds. 

Arion Lewis (Philadelphia, Pa.) finished the game with 10 points and six rebounds.

The Golden Eagles return home on Wednesday, hosting Central Wyoming at 4:00 pm.
