CHEYENNE, WY - The LCCC Golden Eagles (6-11, 3-2) saw a 17-point lead slip away in the second half, losing 86-85 to Casper (10-7, 5-3) 86-85 on Saturday afternoon.

Erik Oliver (Cheyenne, Wyo.) scored a team-high 27 points and dished out five assists in the loss.

The Golden Eagles were outscored 52-43 in the second half and were unable to hold onto their nine-point halftime advantage. 

Xavier McCord (Cheyenne, Wyo.) scored 19 points with 15 of them coming in the second half while Ghared Boyce (Brockton, Mass) scored 15 points.

Arion Lewis (Philadelphia, Pa.) scored 12 points in the loss.

The Golden Eagles host Northwest on Sunday at 1:00 pm.
