CHEYENNE, WY - The No. 7 ranked LCCC Golden Eagles (3-0) posted their second consecutive shutout in a 2-0 win over Northeast (3-2) on Saturday afternoon.

After both teams traded possession in the first 20 minutes, the Golden Eagles opened the scoring as Sophie Osman (Glasgow, Scotland) scored her first career goal, finishing from six years out to give the Golden Eagles a 1-0 lead. 

The Golden Eagles defense was able to keep the Hawks off the board as goalkeeper London Ewing (Alpine, Utah) stopped all six shots on goal.

Hailey Warren (Pleasant Grove, Utah) scored the first goal of her career in the 84th minute to put the game away.

The Golden Eagles are back in action on Friday, hosting Southern Nevada at 2:30 pm.
