EVANS, GA - The Golden Eagles saw their season come to an end with a 4-1 loss to Eastern Florida State on Saturday evening.

Eastern Florida State opened the scoring in the 31st minute, scoring a goal on a free kick, putting the Titans in front 1-0. Eastern Florida added to its lead just 11 minutes later thanks to a goal from inside the box.

The Golden Eagles cut the deficit to 2-1 when Avery Potter (Casper, Wyo.) was able to shoot a loose ball past the goalkeeper off a corner kick in the 44th minute. 

LCCC controlled more of the possession in the second half but Eastern Florida State was able to score twice in the half to put the game away. The Titans scored the third goal of the match off a reflection in the 63rd minute and added another in the 83rd minute. 

Caely Pickerd (Laramie, Wyo.) made seven saves in the loss.
