CHEYENNE, WY - Jessica Lemmon (Arvada, Colo.) scored the only goal in a 1-0 win for the Golden Eagles (7-0) over Western Wyoming (5-2-2).

After a scoreless first half, the Golden Eagles netted the only goal of the game in the 60th minute. Lemmon connected on a free kick from 20 yards out, curling the ball around the wall and off the post and in.

Ainsley Basich (Cheyenne, Wyo.) recorded three shots with one on target in the game while Ellie MacKendrick (Tabernash, Colo.) also recorded a shot on goal.

Larissa Sitzler (Hamburg, Germany) made eight saves in the win.

The Golden Eagles host Northeastern Friday at 4:00 pm.
