Cheyenne, Wyo. - Laramie County Community College sophomore Austin Hurlburt finished third in the Tie-Down Roping at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo. Hurlburt will be attending the University of Wyoming and compete for former Golden Eagle head coach Beau Clark.
