The first Athlete of the Week of the new season goes to the men's soccer team and Tristan Villanueva!

The freshman scored his first career goal as a game winner to help LCCC take down Seward County Community College on the road. His 82nd minute goal was the difference in a 1-0 thriller as they concluded a 1-1 start to the season as a team.

We sat down to talk with Tristan about what his first goal was like, what his experience has been like, and what he has been doing to keep up with the pace of college life.
