POWELL, Wyo. – The Laramie County Community College volleyball team wrapped up Region IX North play by gutting out a five-set (25-23, 25-11, 23-25, 21-25, 15-8) victory at Northwest College on Saturday afternoon in Trapper Gym.
After Laramie County (10-22, 8-4 Region IX North) won the first two set, Northwest rallied to win third and fourth sets to force a decider. In the fifth, the Golden Eagles were able to hit well and limit the errors.
Laramie County currently sits in third in the Region IX North standings.
