FOLEY, Ala. – The Laramie County Community College Women's Soccer team saw their run at a National Championship take a hit as Eastern Florida State College scored four times to down the Golden Eagles on Tuesday night. The Titans will play Arizona Western College tomorrow and LCCC needs AWC to win by large amount to have hope of advancing.
#9 seeded Laramie County (12-7) defeated Arizona Western 3-1 on Monday but couldn't muster the attack from the night before. #5 seeded Eastern Florida took advantage early when Cristina Garriga in the 10th minute of the match. Keli Lindquist would score twice and Ebony Wiseman scored.
Annie Rolf and Katie Loken led the Golden Eagles with a shot apiece.
