Cheyenne, WY – Nikita Woods (Corrimal, Australia) took advantage of her opportunities and netted a hat trick to lift the #3 Laramie County Community College women's soccer team to a 10-0 victory over Northwest College Saturday.

The Golden Eagles have started Region IX play 2-0 and are 6-1 overall on the season.

Taylor Stoeger and Abby Morillon guided the Golden Eagles with seven shots apiece and each finishing with two goals in the match. Katie Loken also had two goals and Alexis Hobbs got on the score line as well. The Golden Eagles led 3-0 at the half. Ellie Bowman didn't have record a save in the game.

LCCC will head to Gillette, Wyoming Wednesday to face Gillette College in Region IX play at 1 p.m.
