CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Aerial Stephenson (Garland, Texas) and Karli O'Brien (Rapid City, South Dakota) led four Golden Eagles in double-figures with 17 points as the Laramie County Community College Women's Basketball team won 105-36 against North Platte Community College on Friday evening.
Stephenson was 6-of-9 from the field with five made free throws and added five rebounds. O'Brien was 4-of-6 from the field with sinking eight free throws and added five assists and five steals. Gabi O'Connor (Colorado Springs, Colorado) added 16 points on 5-of-7 shooting and Courtney Walker (Las Vegas, Nevada) scored 15 points.
Laramie County dominated the boards with a 44-27 advantage over the Lady Knights. Makenzee Fagenbush (Cheyenne, Wyoming) pulled down six to take home team-high honors.
Madisyn Francis paced NPCC with 10 points. She was 2-of-2 from the three-point line and 3-of-10 overall from the floor. Emily Joseph added seven points for the Lady Knights.
The Golden Eagles will play McCook Community College at home in the RAC on November 10th for a 2 p.m. tip.
