Women’s Basketball Fall on the Road

POWELL, Wyo. – The Laramie County Community College women's basketball fell on the road, 75-56 to Northwest College on Tuesday.

This was the second meeting between the two teams and the Trappers took the first matchup. The Golden Eagles are now 5-4 overall.

Karli O'Brien (Rapid City, South Dakota) led the Golden Eagles with 16 points. Madison Hamm (Fort Collins, Colorado) was the only other Golden Eagle in double figures scoring 10 points. Caylin Arnold (Strasburg, Colorado) pulled down nine rebounds.

Golden Eagles shot 34.5 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from the three-point line. LCCC committed 24 turnovers on the night.

LCCC will be back in action on Friday as they take part in the McCook Community College Classic. They will play Northwest Kansas Technical College.
