Seth Glause enters his fifth season as the head coach of the rodeo program at Laramie County Community College. Glause was an assistant coach with the Golden Eagles, working primarily with rough stock riders at LCCC prior to getting the head coaching position.

Glause was named the Central Rocky Mountain Region Coach of the Year for the 2020-21 season as two Golden Eagles qualified for the College National Finals Rodeo. In 2021-22, the Golden Eagles qualified five athletes for the CNFR and Glause oversaw the Shawn Dubie Memorial Rodeo which won the Central Rocky Mountain Region Rodeo of the Year for the second consecutive year. Glause also had assistant coach Dean Finnerty earn Central Rocky Mountain Region Coach of the Year honors.  

Glause has a strong background in this program and in rough stock rodeo events, competing in the saddle bronc riding and bull riding. He's also qualified for the National Finals Rodeo several times and was a two-event qualifier for the 2007 College National Finals Rodeo, finishing third in the all-around, fourth in the bull riding and fifth in the saddle bronc riding. He qualified in 2008 as well in bull riding.
