SHERIDAN, Wyoming – Austin Hulburt won the Tie-Down Roping event at the Sheridan College Rodeo this past weekend. Hulburt had an average of 19.5 and won the long-go with a time of 9.0. The men's side finished third as a team and the women's side finished seventh. The men's side currently sits second overall in the region standings.
