LANDER, WY – Noe Ortiz-Pena (Aurora, Colorado), Cameron Broadhurst (Broomfield, Colorado), Alexis Flores (Aurora, Colorado), Nathan Stitt (Torrington, Wyoming) and Abe Lopez (Boulder, Colorado) finished with two goals apiece, powering Laramie County Community College (6-3) to a 14-0 win over Central Wyoming College (1-7) in a Region IX men's soccer game on Saturday afternoon in Lander, Wyoming.
The Golden Eagles got first half goals by Ortiz-Pena, Bryan Vazquez (Denver, Colorado), Omar Castruita (Boulder, Colorado), Broadhurst, Manny Tapia (Longmont, Colorado), Carlos Vargas (Heber City, Utah) and Flores.
Flores, Stitt and Lopez netted goals in the second half for the Golden Eagles. LCCC held a 55-1 advantage in total shots as well as a 38-1 advantage in shots on goal.
Laramie County returns to action on the road to face Central Community College on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. CT.
