Men’s Soccer Aaron Barber Signs with Ottawa University

Cheyenne, Wyo. – Aaron Barber, a defender from Cheyenne, Wyoming, has signed a national letter of intent to play soccer at NAIA program Ottawa University.

"The group at Ottawa is a close knit group and the vision of program really drew my attention," said Barber. "I really enjoyed my time at LCCC and was not ready to give up playing and the competitiveness side of me was not ready to give it up."

Barber recorded two assists this past season for the Golden Eagles as a defender, scored two goals, and dished out four assists in his two years at LCCC. He helped the Golden Eagles capture the Region IX Championship this past season. Started in 14 of the 15 games for the Golden Eagles this season.

The Braves finished 10-8-1 this past season and reached the quarterfinals of their conference. They compete in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference.
