CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Laramie County Community College men's basketball Stephane Manzi has signed with Division II Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota.
At 6-foot-8, Manzi was second on the team in rebounds with 5.8 rpg in 31 games. The Nyamirambo, Rwanda native averaged 7.5 points per contest while shooting 41.8 percent from the floor.
"Stephane has been one of the most improved players to come through our program," said Golden Eagles Head Coach Jason Ficca. "Manzi is a good student with high character and will be a really good fit at Minot. He will continue to get better, and we are excited to watch him grow at Minot State."
Minot State competes in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. The Beavers were 14-18 last season and fell in the first round of the NSIC Tournament.
