Cheyenne, WY – Laramie County Community College Athletic Director Scott Noble will resign from the school as he has be named the Director of Athletics at Western New Mexico University in Silver City, New Mexico.
Noble spent three years at LCCC as the Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation. During his tenure at Laramie County the Golden Eagles captured six Region IX Championships, three District Championships and four National Tournament appearances.
He added a lot to the program as he helped reinstate women's basketball at the college in 2016. Increased the Golden Eagle Booster Club and added a sand volleyball and disc golf course to campus for the students.
Western New Mexico University is an NCAA Division II program and compete in the Lone Star Conference. Noble will begin his duties at WNMU on Feb. 2nd.
