CHEYENNE, WY - Laramie County Community College had three Golden Eagles sign National Letters of Intent on Wednesday.

LCCC's Jemma House and Sarah Erickson from women's soccer signed with NCAA Division I programs and men's soccer Rafael Munoz signed with an NCAA Division II program.

House signed with the University of Wyoming, Erickson signed with Liberty University and Munoz signed with Metro State University.

House who is the all-time leading scorer at LCCC scored 47 goals and 14 assists over her two seasons. She tallied 32 of them this past season. She was named 2016 Region IX Player of the Year, 2015 Region IX Freshman of the Year. House was an NJCAA and NSCAA All-American.

"University of Wyoming Head Coach Pete Cuadrado has been following me since I was in high school and kept track over my time at LCCC so that helped in my decision," said House. "There is an Australian connection their and I'm friends and have played with a few of the gals on the squad. I'm excited as I'm familiar with the area looking forward to help the program."

Jemma will graduate in May with her associates in Business.

Erickson, who was a vital point to the Golden Eagles back line held the opposition scoreless 15 times this season. She had six assists and four goals in her Golden Eagle career. She was also named to the 2016 NJCAA and NSCAA All-America Team. Both Erickson and House helped LCCC win the Region IX Championship and place third at the NJCAA National Tournament.

"I'm excited to be in a new area as the campus is beautiful, the facilities are incredible and they continue add additions to the soccer facility," stated Erickson. "LCCC has helped me grow as an individual not only on the soccer field but off as well."

Erickson will graduate in May with her associates in Business Finance.

Munoz scored a total of 29 goals and dished out 17 assists in his Golden Eagle career. He was the 2016 Region IX North Player of the Year. Rafael also was a Two-Time NSCAA All-American. He helped the Golden Eagles to a 17-3 record and a Region IX Championship.

"I really liked the style of play Metro State plays and their facilities are incredible," said Munoz. "We got to scrimmage them several times in the spring and fall so it was nice that I got to see them play in person."

Munoz will graduate in May with his associates in Mass Media. Plans on majoring in Sports Broadcasting at Metro State University.
